with fig & pear chutney, pickled cucumber, toasted brioche.

Main Course

breast of chicken, cream, bacon, shalots, mushroom sauce with mash potato.

Pan Fried Hake

North Atlantic hake, lemon & basil mash, braised samphire, red pepper & chilli jam.

Roast Turkey & Ham

creamy mash, honey roasted root vegetables, spring onion & thyme croquette, cranberry jus.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

truffle oil, rocket & parmesan salad.

8 Hour Braised Beef

celeriac puree, braised red cabbage, turnip & corn beef hash, pan juices.

8oz Dry Aged Sirloin

with sweet potato puree, tobacco onion, creamy mash (€5Supp).
