Our specialised wine list is designed to appeal to the occasional sipper and connoisseur alike. We have a fantastic range of everyday wines and also an excellent choice for the more educated palate!

Our still and sparkling wines are preserved by the "le Verre de Vin" System. This specialised unit allows us to be confident that every glass of wine or champagne is served to you, fresh and in perfect condition every time.

The still wine system uses a vacuum and seal to keep the wine from oxidising and keeping it totally fresh ant true to its original character. For sparkling wine, a cap of co2 gas is inserted into the bottle to make every reopening as fresh as the first.

Le Verre de Vin system is a unique system used around the world in over 70 countries.

TAKUN SAUVIGNON BLANC: €19.⁵⁰ €13.⁰⁰ €5.⁰⁰; 2009 (CHILE); Brilliant and straw-yellow in colour, with good aromatic intensity, the wine offers notes of pineapple garnished with citrus. Medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and a pleasing finish.

PINOT GRIGIO VILLA TERESA: €21.⁰⁰ €14.⁰⁰ €5.²⁵; 2008 (ITALY); Light straw yellow colour with greenish shades. A delicate & fruity bouquet, dry & light bodied.

H0UT BAY CHENIN BLANC: €23.⁰⁰ €15.⁰⁰ €5.⁷⁵; 2009 (SOUTH AFRICA); A dry, crisp and deliciously fruity wine, with a good balance between soft ripeness and zippy acidity.

WILLOWGLEN SEMILLION CHARDONNAY: €24.⁰⁰ €16.⁰⁰ €6.⁰⁰; 2008 (AUSTRALIA); Fresh citrus semillion flavours combined with those of chardonnay melon and tropical Fruit. Oak flavours and a natural acidity balance the palate to provide an elegant Tasty finish.

DOMAIN PERRIER CHARDONNAY: €24.⁰⁰ €16.⁰⁰ €6.⁰⁰; 2008 (FRANCE); Chardonnay from the south of france that combines the ripe fruit flavours of peaches & Nectarines with crispness of an elegant unoaked white wine.

CASA SILVA COLECCION CHARDONNAY: €25.⁰⁰ €17.⁰⁰ €6.⁵⁰; 2009 (CHILE); Yellow with green hues. Soft buttery aromas and complex palate, this Chardonnay demonstrates a gentle citrus and mineral style and an agreeable and persistent finish.

MILTON PARK RIESLING: €27.⁰⁰ €18.⁰⁰ €6.⁷⁵; 2008 (AUSTRALIA); Fresh citrus aromas on the nose & palate with lifted lemon & lime flavours. A refreshing & zesty wine with a crisp, elegant finish.

HoUT BAY SHIRAZ: €23.⁰⁰ €15.⁰⁰ €5.⁷⁵; 2009 (SOUTH AFRICA); An extremely smooth, elegant wine with luscious red & blackberry aromas & flavours, enhanced with warm spicy notes & soft tannins. It is full bodied & harmonious, fresh & juicy.

BEAUJOLAIS VILLADES LES MERRAINS: €23.⁰⁰ €15.⁰⁰ €5.⁷⁵; 2008 (FRANCE); Fine ruby colour, good gamay fruit on the nose and palate, a balanced and well rounded wine, deep in colour with lots of fresh fruit.

WILLOWGLEN SHIRAZ-CAB: €24.⁰⁰ €16.⁰⁰ €6.⁰⁰; 2008 (AUSTRALIA); Lots of gorgeous, ripe, chunky fruit with full bodied structure of smooth tannins Leading
to a long silky finish. A great food wine.

CHIANTI COLLI SENESI: €24.⁰⁰ €16.⁰⁰ €6.⁰⁰; 2008 (ITALY); This chianti is aged in oak barrels in the senesi cellars. Pretty earthy, leather, Tobacco & blackcurrant notes. The taste is simple, smooth, with some smokey Blackcurrant.

DOMAINE PEIRIERE CABERNET SAUVIGNON: €24.⁰⁰ €16.⁰⁰ €6.⁰⁰; 2008 (FRANCE); Smooth with loads of blackcurrant flavours on the palate and Excellent length on the palate.

COTES DU RHONE CHATEAU D'AIGUEVILLE: €25.⁰⁰ €17.⁰⁰ €6.²⁵; 2008 (FRANCE); Rich, smooth, well knit and warm.

VALDEMAR TEMPRANILLO: €25.⁰⁰ €17.⁰⁰ €6.²⁵; 2007/08 (SPAIN); Red berries. Well structured, round & balanced in the mouth.

TERRA BAROSSA SHIRAZ: €30.⁰⁰ €20.⁰⁰ €7.⁵⁰; 2007 (AUSTRALIA); Full bodied which starts with some sweet plummy fruit, the flavour then builds in the palate to provide an explosion of raspberry flavours.

CRU BEAUJOLAIS FLEURIE DOMAINE DES MARRANS: €34.⁰⁰ €22.⁰⁰ €8.⁵⁰; 2008 (FRANCE); A silky wine with a sparkling ruby colour. It has a medium to long finish with very rounded tannins.

VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE RIPASSO: €34.⁰⁰ €22.⁰⁰ €8.⁵⁰; 2006 (ITALY); This is a serious wine - rich, concentrated figs and plums with a massive, long, piquant finish. All-enveloping, but never too big or clumsy.

CROZES HERMITAGE LES LAUNES: €35.⁰⁰ €23.⁰⁰ €8.⁷⁵; 2007 (FRANCE); Round and fleshy, with a delicious core of red currant, red licorice and crushed plum fruit backed by hints of fruitcake and mineral on the lively finish.

CHATEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE DOMAINE DUCLAUX: €43.⁰⁰ €28.⁵⁰ €10.⁷⁵; 2005 (FRANCE); 73% Grenache, 11% Mourvedre, 8% Cinsault, 6% Syrah.
